The possibility of remote payment of landline phone bills and the set of available methods depend on a specific region. The most common option is to pay by credit card through the form on the phone company's website. The option of using Internet banking is also possible. Some providers also accept payment through electronic payment systems.
Necessary
- - computer;
- - access to the Internet;
- - bank card;
- - Internet banking (not in all cases);
- - a wallet in one of the electronic payment systems (not in all cases);
- - bill for local telephone communication services.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to your local telephone company website and open the billing page, if available. Log in or just enter the phone number (depending on the company), enter in the special fields the card number, the name of its holder and the expiration time indicated on the front side of the card, and the three-digit code on the back, then give the command to pay and, if necessary, go through an additional identification.
Step 2
Log in to Internet banking, open the service payment section and select your regional operator from the list, if there is one. Then indicate the phone number or other identifier and the payment amount in the fields intended for them and give the command to pay.
Step 3
Log in to your account in the electronic payment system. Most often, regional telephone operators use wallets in the WebMoney and Yandex Money systems for such purposes. In the section of payment for services, select your operator and pay by following the instructions of the system interface.
Step 4
Open Internet banking for a credit institution that does not have your local telephone service provider among the payees. Select the section for transfers to other banks (or to the same bank, if your telephone company has an account with it) and create a new payment. Using the prompts from the system interface and your phone bill, enter your telephone company details and fill in all required fields. After you complete your payment, if possible, save the template for paying your phone bills for future times.
