Such forwarding occurs most often because the subscriber's phone is not configured to receive MMS messages. This does not mean at all that the unreceived MMS cannot be read - they are available on the company's website.
Instructions
Step 1
Send a request to the operator to receive an access code to your personal account on the server of the Megafon company. This can be done by calling a short service number.
Step 2
Go to https://mms.megafon.ru/. In the "Personal Account" field, enter the phone number as a login and the access code received from the operator as a password
Step 3
If you entered something incorrectly, you will see an inscription (above the input fields): Your Message Id and / or password is incorrect. Please try again. And that means you have to try again.
Step 4
The page that opens will display the data of all subscribers who sent you MMS, as well as the dates of receipt of messages.
Step 5
Click the "Inbox" tab and select the message you are interested in. Click "Read" or just double-click on the message and it will unfold as a photo or video file.
Step 6
From the same page you can send a reply MMS message. Select the "Answer" tab and attach the desired image - it can be a file from a computer, phone (if connected to a computer) or from the World Wide Web.
Step 7
You can also refuse to use the services of the site, for this it is enough to set up MMS in the phone. Send a request to the operator and, depending on the specifics of your tariff plan, he will send you step-by-step instructions for setting up, sometimes it is enough just to send an SMS message to a short service number.
Step 8
You can send MMS messages not only to the numbers of mobile operators, but also to e-mail, for this, having entered the site, in the "To" section, indicate not the mobile number, but the e-mail address.
