Instructions
Step 1
Disconnect the power supply to the PBX. Unscrew the retaining screws, slide the latch, and open the cable compartment cover of the device. Remove the screws that hold the bezel in place and flip it up. Find slots for installing additional cards. Install the Disa board in the free space by screwing it down to the full length of the stud, which is included in the delivery set. Screw the PBX panels back on. Turn on the power.
Step 2
Install the Manager class of service on one of the COS mini PBXs. To do this, go to the Options menu. In the same place, select the phone to which the Disa voice message will be recorded, and install the appropriate COS on it. This procedure is obligatory, otherwise only the busy signal will be constantly heard when you try to record.
Step 3
Lift the receiver of the phone on which the Manager was installed and dial the combination * 36-1-501. After you hear the beep, speak the desired text into the handset. Finally, press Store and listen to the recording. This message will be stored in memory under the number 501. The Disa system allows you to record up to 32 such messages, which are numbered from 501 to 532. To listen to the recording, dial * 35-1-501, and to delete - * 36-0-501.
Step 4
Record the required greeting to a file on your computer. This will allow you to edit the setting or add musical accompaniment. After that, turn off the power of the PBX and connect the MON connector and the output of the computer sound card. Turn on an external audio source. Dial the combination * 36-31-501 on the phone, press Conf and start the file with the message for playback.
Step 5
Set in the PBX menu the order of forwarding in tone mode of incoming calls and the corresponding numbers with voice messages. In the Dil menu, define the message to be played when you call an outside line.
