The mobile phone may, under certain circumstances, turn off or restart spontaneously. The reasons for this behavior of the device can be different, both hardware and software.

Step 1
The most common reason for the phone to shut down spontaneously is insufficient battery power. As a rule, before turning off for this reason, the device displays a corresponding warning on the screen, sometimes even several times. If at this time you were typing or editing the text, at the first such warning, save it as soon as possible, and leave further editing for later, when the device is charged. When you get home, start charging your phone immediately.
Step 2
If your phone shows significant battery power and then suddenly shuts down or reboots anyway, it could be because the internal resistance of the battery has increased. It rises from wear and tear. Change such a battery and hand the old one to a designated collection point. Such points are available in some ZhEKs, DEZs, as well as communication salons. In the latter, for a surrendered battery, a discount is sometimes provided for a new one.
Step 3
Sometimes the phone unexpectedly starts to reboot when you press a key. The reason for this may be the broken soldering of the elements, which make themselves felt when the board is deformed. Solve such a malfunction yourself only if you know how to solder SMD components well, otherwise contact the wizard.
Step 4
The reason for the spontaneous shutdown or restart of the phone may also be the lack of RAM. A phone, unlike a computer, does not have a swap partition. When several applications are running on it (or even one, but resource-intensive), this can be accompanied by either an abnormal termination of the programs or a reboot. To prevent this from happening, do not launch several applications at once, or replace them with less resource-intensive ones.
Step 5
Switching off the phone in case of a fall is explained simply: the battery terminals momentarily move away from the spring contacts. If this does not drain the battery, but the SIM card, the phone will lose the network for a while. To avoid such situations, do not drop the unit.
