Sometimes, as a result of haste, you can forget about certain camera settings, for example, about the function of automatic imprinting of the current date on the picture. However, having some skills in working with Adobe Photoshop, you can set this date yourself.
Necessary
Adobe Photoshop CS5
Instructions
Step 1
Launch Adobe Photoshop and open the photo: click the main menu item "File"> "Open" or click the hot keys Ctrl + O. In the next window, select the desired file and click on "Open".
Step 2
Select the Type tool (hotkey T) and adjust the settings as needed. The tool settings panel is located under the main menu, here you can specify the font, style, size, color and other properties of the future inscription.
Step 3
Left-click somewhere on the left side of the photo (the future text can later be moved to any place) and type in the required date using the keyboard. If you are not satisfied with the result, first circle it (move the cursor to the left side of the inscription, hold down the left mouse button and move to the left until the beginning of the inscription), and then change the parameters in the settings panel to the required ones. If everything suits you, click on the button with the image of a checkmark, which is located on the right side of the settings panel, and is called "Commit any current edits".
Step 4
Make sure the label layer is active (it should be highlighted in blue in the list of layers) and select the Move tool (hotkey V). Hold the left button on the label and drag it to the desired location.
Step 5
To undo erroneous actions, use the History window (Window> History). Select the desired action, right-click on it and select “Remove” from the menu that opens. Together with it, all actions performed after it will be deleted.
Step 6
To save the result, click File> Save as or press Ctrl + Shift + S. In the window that appears, select a path, enter a name and specify Jpeg in the "Files of type" field, and then click "Save".
