In the window that opens, go to the "Volume" tab - click the "Advanced" button in the "Mixer volume" block. A faster launch can be done by double-clicking the left mouse button on the speaker icon in the tray (next to the clock). In the window that opens, find "Microphone". If it is not there, then you can add by clicking on the "Options" menu - the "Properties" item - check the box next to the "Microphone" item. After that, a microphone will appear in the mixer window. Uncheck "Off" if there is one. As a rule, after that any working microphone should be heard in the computer speakers.
Step 3
It only remains to complete the setup. In the mixer window, next to the Microphone item, there is an Advanced button. Click this button. A window will open in which you can set the additional option "+20 dB". This option will allow the microphone to be more sensitive.
Step 4
If you made all the changes in the settings, as described above, but when using the Skype program, the interlocutor cannot hear you, therefore, it is worth changing the settings of the program itself. In the settings, as a rule, instead of the microphone port, the port of the TV tuner or other audio device is indicated. Replace the original value with a microphone.
