The new virus, which threatens Android smartphones, uses infected devices based on the OS from Google to create a computer network to send spam. The Kaspersky Lab website reports that a Trojan horse has been spotted for the first time in the Appstore for iPads and iPhones. Apparently, it was created by Russian developers.
Also, an alarming situation arose in Megafon, which reported a suspicious Find and Call program, which was added to the range of app stores for mobile devices with OS from Google and Apple. The product developers say it allows you to easily make calls over the Internet. At the same time, after installation, the program sends spam to contacts from the phone book with an invitation to users to enter passwords from accounts in payment systems, social networks, mailboxes in order to “take full advantage of the application's capabilities”.
