Step 1
Russify your radio using the firmware for your device model. It is best to replace the software with the original one, which includes the Russian language. Finding the program you need is not easy. In addition, there is no guarantee that the radio will work after installation. Therefore, it is best to ask you to help someone from your acquaintances who have already encountered this problem.
Step 2
Write the firmware program to a CD, then insert it into the radio tape recorder and launch its service menu (read the command to start it in the user manual). Then proceed to update the software by selecting your drive as the storage medium. Some modern models also support flashing from flash cards.
Step 3
Wait until the end of the software replacement and check the operation of the radio. Please note that it is important to follow the instructions for your model of apparatus here, as you may simply break it. You can get the service manual on the Internet.
Step 4
If you are the owner of a car radio that cannot be Russified in the usual way, contact the service centers in your city. It is best, of course, to refer to them in the previous step, if you do not have the skills to work with radio equipment and have never flashed devices before.
Step 5
If your radio tape recorder has a warranty period that has not yet expired, contact the service centers, whose intervention in the software will not deprive you of the obligations of the seller and the manufacturer, and also pay attention to whether the employees of this company provide a guarantee for the work they have done, because after replacing the software, device breakdowns are often observed.
