There is nothing difficult in connecting, disconnecting and configuring the "Black List", you can manage the service in any convenient way. In order to activate it, you must dial the USSD command * 130 # and press the call key. In addition, you can call the Call Center at 0500 or send an SMS without text to the short number 5130. As soon as the operator processes your request (it usually takes a couple of minutes), you will receive two messages. The first will say that the service has been successfully ordered, and the second will say that the service has been activated. After completing this operation, you will be able to edit your list (add and remove numbers).
Step 2
To add a number to the "Black List", just dial the command * 130 * + 79XXXXXXXXX # and press the call button. You can also add a number if you send a text with the "+" sign and the number of the desired subscriber; the number, by the way, you will have to indicate in the format 79xxxxxxxx. To remove any number from the black list, send a request to the number * 130 * 079XXXXXXXXX # or an SMS message with the "-" sign and the subscriber's number.
Step 3
You can view the numbers that you have added to your list at any time by sending a USSD request * 130 * 3 # or an SMS message with the text "INF" to 5130. To delete all numbers at once, not each separately, use the command * 130 * 6 #. You can deactivate the "Black List" by dialing the SMS command "OFF" and sending it to the short number 5130, as well as by sending a USSD request * 130 * 4 #.
Step 4
However, before you send a request to activate the "Black List" service, check if there are enough funds on your balance. The fact is that 15 rubles will be deducted from your account for activating the service if the blacklist is connected for the first time, and 10 rubles if you previously used it and connect it again.
