Step 2
In case of a call to a mobile phone, dial 00 before the England code (44), wait for a long dial tone, enter the England code, then 10. Now dial the subscriber's code and you can enjoy the conversation.
Step 3
You can save money by making a conversation in a free online video calling service. Download the Skype program from the official website of the Skype.com company and install it on your computer. Create an account in the system. Ask the person in England (via email) if they have Skype. If not, ask to install, if available, ask for a nickname and a contact clock.
