Step 1
Choose the platform for which your game will be. Since the market for mobile operating systems is very diverse, and each system has its own peculiarities of creating applications. The most popular systems now are iOs, Android, Symbian OS, and Windows Phone 7. The Windows Phone 7 operating system is best for a start. It has a convenient development environment that supports various technologies such as XNA and Silverlight.

Learn a programming language. This is the main stage in the creation of any program. And the more programming skills, the more opportunities to implement ideas.
