Subscribers of the mobile operator "Megafon" can use the service "Answering machine". Let's say you cannot answer a call for some reason. The caller can leave a voice message for you. If you do not want to use this option, disable it.
Instructions
Step 1
Deactivate the "Answering machine" service using the "Service-Guide" self-service system. If you have never used the system, you need to register a password. To do this, send an empty message to 000110. Or use the following USSD request: * 105 * 00 #. Within a few minutes, a message will be sent to your phone, which will contain the required username and password. Then go to the Megafon company page, find the link to the system in the upper right corner. Enter the data received in the message, enter your personal account.
Step 2
Find the section in the menu that contains a list of services. Click on the item "Change the set of services". In the list that opens, find the "Autoresponder" option, deselect it, and then save the changes. After that, the service will be deactivated.
Step 3
You can also disable "Autoresponder" using the USSD command. While in the Megafon network, dial: * 105 * 1300 #. To check the status, use the request: * 105 * 13 #. If for some reason you cannot deactivate the option, try to do it via SMS, send the code 1300 to the number 000105. A message will appear on the display of your mobile device containing the results of the operation.
Step 4
You can also contact the contact center of the cellular company "Megafon". To do this, call 0500 or 8 (800) 333 05 00 (toll free). Wait for the answer of the consultant or use the tips of the autoinformer. If you have the opportunity, visit the office or representative office of the company (check the address on the official website of the company or call 0500).
Step 5
Disconnection of the service is free. If you want to reconnect the “Autoresponder”, use the “Service-Guide” system or call the information service of OJSC “Megafon”.
