Instructions
Step 1
Press the call button on the phone and view the call lists by group. To navigate through the menu of incoming, outgoing and missed calls, use the "left" and "right" buttons. You can get more detailed information in the phone's “Calls” menu, where additional information about the number of calls, the duration of a certain group of calls in general, and so on are displayed.
Step 2
View the call lists stored on your personal computer. This is possible only if you periodically pair the devices using the specially provided software that comes with each phone model. It is also possible to copy the information in this case to a file in the form of a table.
Step 3
Order a printout of calls from your operator. This is done at the subscriber offices of your cellular network operator. This information is provided in accordance with the company's privacy policy only if you have documents confirming your identity as the formal owner of the SIM card. If it was not in your name, a printout will not be provided.
Step 4
Get information about calls for a certain period of time in the user's personal account. To do this, go to the official website of your mobile operator and register in the system (you may need access to the phone to receive a password).
Step 5
Order a printout of calls, after which it will be displayed in the appropriate menu of the site or will be sent to your specified e-mail address. The cost of the service for each operator may vary, check it on the official website or contact the company's customer support service.
