Satellite equipment allows you to view both open-source and encrypted television channels. In the latter case, there are two options - to purchase an official TV-provider card or connect to a cardsharing server. This can be done using either a DVB card or a satellite receiver.
It is necessary
- - FTA receiver;
- - null modem cable;
- - mpcs-0.8k-version-i386-pc-cygwin.
Instructions
Step 1
Flash the receiver with software that supports cardsharing mode. This is necessary because not all FTA receiver software has these capabilities. Then activate it through the tuner menu. A tab will be added to the main menu - "Smart card". It will have a Card Share item. The following parameters should be registered in it: Card Share - on; mode –Client; Client - 1.
Step 2
Establish an internet connection with the tuner. This requires mpcs-0.8k-version-i386-pc-cygwin. It helps to communicate via the Internet or a local network with the cardsharing server, send and receive keys to the receiver.
Step 3
Configure mpcs-0.8k-version-i386-pc-cygwin. For example, you connected to the NTV + package using the Newcamd 525 protocol, which is the most common. When registering, you will be given a line like this: 10001 login password 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 CWS = 127.0.0.1, where - 10001 is the card sharing port; 127.0.0.1 - server IP; login - login; password - password; 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 - molasses encryption key. Open the mpcs-0.8k-rc13b-i386-pc-cygwin program. Change the values of the following files in it: mpcs.conf: [global]; #LogFile = log; ClientTimeout = 5; LogFile = / dev / tty. [serial]; # Golden Interstar // receiver name; Device = gi: // tuner @ / dev / ttyS0, where ttyS0 is the COM1 port of the computer where the null-modem cable is connected; ttyS1 - COM2 computer port for null modem cable. When the Internet is very weak, set the following parameters: # Golden Interstar; Device = gi: // tuner @ / dev / ttyS0? Delay = 3 & timeout = 300. Connect the tuner with a null-modem cable to the computer, turn on the channel for which the parameters are set, activate the Internet on the PC, run the mpcs-0.8k-rc13b-i386-pc-cygwin.exe program.
