Step 1
The most common way is to use any electronic payment system. For example, Qiwi or WebMoney. The only drawback is that you need to have funds in the account of this system.

In the case of WebMoney, open the WebMoney Keeper program, enter your username and password. Please log in. In the menu, select the inscription "You can use WebMoney", then click on the item "Pay for services", then "Mobile communications". The "WebMoney - Payment" window will open. Find the mobile operator to whose number you want to transfer money. Also, you can just start entering the number, and the program will choose the operator you need. Now specify the amount and wallet number from which the mobile phone account will be replenished. Confirm the information specified in the previous steps.

If you are using a Qiwi wallet, visit the Qiwi website (https://w.qiwi.ru). Go through authorization by entering your phone number and password. Select the item "Mobile communications", then enter the phone number, the account of which needs to be replenished, and the amount. Confirm the operation.
Step 4
If you do not have electronic money, but only have a bank card, you can "link" it to your Qiwi account. And it will be debited from your bank account. When you connect the card to your Qiwi account, a small amount will be withdrawn from your bank account, which must be indicated in a special window. You can find it out, for example, from an operator in a bank, or via SMS informing.
Step 5
A bank card can also be connected to Internet banking. For example, Sberbank calls this service "Sberbank Online @ yn" (https://esk.sbrf.ru/). To access the service, you need to be connected to the "mobile bank" system, as well as receive a special unique identifier and password to enter. This can be done either through an ATM or by contacting a specialist at the bank. Having entered the system, select the item "Payments", then "Mobile phones". Enter the payment number and amount. Confirm the operation.
Step 6
Any operation in any of the above cases can be saved to favorite templates. This will speed up your payment next time.
