Such a device consists of a special base (station) and a cordless handset. Therefore, its owner always faces the question of how to set up the phone and the receiver.
Instructions
Step 1
Determine where you would like to install your unit (base station). At the same time, you should be aware that it is best to choose a place for the base in the corridor or in the room where the least household appliances are located (refrigerators, microwave ovens, washing machines, etc.), as well as where the base station will not be exposed to direct sunlight. rays and where the air humidity will correspond to the norms of the living room.
Step 2
Take care of purchasing a special adapter in advance, as the pin connectors of the radiotelephone sockets do not fit the usual outdated telephone sockets, as a rule, they are made according to the "Euro" standard.
Step 3
Remove the phone, handset, and all accompanying hardware from the box. At the same time, remember that radiotelephones should be handled quite carefully, all kinds of bumps, falls, etc. should be avoided. Read the instructions that came with the device, carefully reading each point. Plug the base into a power outlet and place the handset on it, without doing anything else for the time specified in the instructions to fully charge the battery. Remember, if the device was bought in the cold season, you must leave it unconnected at room temperature for several hours, and only then proceed to the connection and settings.
Step 4
Press the Page key while the battery is fully charged without lifting the handset from the base. This must be done in order to automatically set the security code. You should be aware that this procedure should be performed every time after a complete discharge of the battery or when communication between the base and the handset is lost.
Step 5
Press and hold for some time until a sound signal appears on the base of the "Intercom" button. It is usually located under the speakerphone button.
Step 6
Pick up the handset from the base and press "Menu" - "Settings" while holding the intercom button. Select the "Register handset" item in the settings.
Step 7
Wait for the connection between the handset and the base to be established. Enter 0000 if your device asks for a code. It is these numbers that the manufacturers of radiotelephones indicate in the instructions. If another one is provided for your device, indicate it.
Step 8
Try calling someone. If you can perfectly hear the interlocutor, and he can hear you, the connection of the base and the handset was successful. Go to individual settings (ringtone and ring volume, date and time, etc.).
