If the speaker emits extraneous noise, it could leak out. To glue the speaker, all you need is Moment glue and a piece of cloth or bandage. If the damage is significant, then you cannot do without a soldering iron.

It is necessary

  • - glue "Moment"
  • - two pieces of thin cloth (you can use a bandage) or toilet paper
  • - scalpel
  • - tweezers

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare a bandage or cloth, tint it to match the color of the speakers themselves. Next, apply glue to the fabric and carefully glue it from the outside and inside. If you are afraid to harm or not adhere properly, glue only from the outside. Correct with tweezers or scalpel. Wait until the glue is completely dry.

Step 2

If the speaker problem is bigger than a hole in the fabric, here's the next instruction. First you need to unsolder all current-carrying wiring from the terminal block. Wet the cap in the very center of the diffuser with acetone. As soon as the glue dissolves, gently pry off with a scalpel and discard the cap. Repeat the same steps with the centering washer.

Step 3

Now with the help of acetone we separate the suspension of the diffuser. Once detached, remove the diffuser with centering washer from the basket. Now you need to rewind the coil. If the coil is burnt out at the base, then first you will need to solder, but so as not to protrude beyond the base. When everything is ready, you can start rewinding. To do this, insert a tube of a suitable diameter into the coil and unwind the entire old winding, while remembering the number of turns. Lubricate the coil with "Moment" and wind up a new wire. After that, solder a new winding to the patches and you can start assembling.

Step 4

Empty the basket and insert the diffuser into it. Using photographic film, center the coil (the film is rolled into a ring and inserted between the speaker core and the coil itself). First you need to glue the diffuser hanger with glue, and after the suspension dries, the centering washer (be sure to press the gluing points). As soon as the glue has frozen, tear off the film and check the roll of the coil. If everything is fine, glue the protective cap and place the column somewhere until it dries completely. If, during the check, a crackling of the coil is heard, then you will have to peel everything off and check the winding or centering washer again. Basically, this is the whole process. It is advisable to check the speaker at rated power.
