Subscribers of the largest Russian mobile operators can connect and configure a service called "Caller ID" on their phones. It is quite simple to do this, you will only need to use a special number or service.

Step 1
The communication company "Beeline" offers its customers to activate the service using two different numbers. One of them is a USSD request * 110 * 061 #, and the second is a free number 067409061. Connection of a caller ID is absolutely free with this operator. By the way, in order for the service to work correctly, indicate all numbers in your phone book in the international format (that is, via +7).
Step 2
Activation of the "Identifier" service for users of the "MTS" network is always available through the subscribers' self-service system "Internet Assistant". In order to use it, you need to visit the official website of the operator and select the column of the same name there (it is painted in bright red, so it is quite difficult to confuse it with anything else). However, before you proceed with activation, you will receive an access password. With a login, everything is much easier: you do not need to order it, because it will be your phone number. To receive a password, you need to send a USSD request * 111 * 25 # or call the toll free number 1118. When using the request, you must follow the instructions that will appear on the display of your mobile phone, and when you call - those that will be given by the operator or answering machine. By the way, do not forget that the password to be set must contain at least four and no more than seven digits. When entering the system, make sure you enter the password correctly, otherwise you may lose access to the assistant for 30 minutes.
Step 3
If you are a subscriber of the Megafon telecom operator, then you do not need to specifically activate the “Caller ID” service. The fact is that it will become active as soon as the SIM card is registered in the network. True, such a caller will not help you to establish the numbers of incoming calls and messages, if the sending subscriber will have “Number Anti-Identifier” installed.
