You can, while sitting at the computer, use the "Internet Assistant" to block the SIM-card. Another option is to contact the MTS contact center or visit the nearest showroom store.
Step 3
The SIM card can be automatically blocked if it is not used for a long time (from 60 to 180 days, depending on the tariff plan). This happens if the subscriber did not make calls and did not use any paid services of MTS, and also did not replenish the account with a negative balance. In this case, the restoration of the SIM card with the old number is impossible.
