Some mobile operators provide their subscribers with a service when the subscriber calling you will hear a certain melody instead of a dial tone. However, this pleasure costs the subscriber money, and often just gets bored, so sometimes there is a need to turn it off.

Step 1
If you use the services of the MTS company, deactivate the Good'OK service by typing the deactivation code * 111 * 29 # on your phone keypad. Click Call. Wait for a message from the operator and confirm the desire to disconnect the service.
Step 2
Contact the operator of the MTS help desk at the toll-free number 0890 and inform about your desire to disable the Good'OK service. If you want to disable the service of another MTS subscriber, inform the operator of the passport data of this subscriber.
Step 3
Contact the MTS communication salon personally. Show the company specialist your passport and ask for help in disabling the service.
Step 4
Use the services of the MTS mobile assistant by calling 111 or 0220. Follow the instructions of the autoinformer to deactivate the "Beep" service.
Step 5
Disable the service using the "Internet Assistant" service. Create a text message in your phone with text 25 and a password entered through a space. Please note that the password must contain a number, lowercase and uppercase Latin letters and must be 6 to 10 characters long. Send a message to number 111.

Open the MTS website in a web browser. Click on the link "Internet Assistant". On the page that opens, in the "Number" field, enter your phone number in ten-digit format without +7, 8 or 7. In the "Password" field, enter the password that you have come up with and click "Login".
Step 7
In the "Tariffs, Services and Discounts" section, click on the "Service Management" link. In the list of connected services, find the item "Good'OK Service" and click "Disable". Then click on the "Disable services" button, confirming the choice of disconnecting the service. You will receive a confirmation SMS when the service is deactivated.
Step 8
If you are a subscriber of MegaFon, which provides the Change dial tone service, dial a USSD request from your mobile phone and press the call button. After the service has been deactivated, the melody will be replaced by a regular beep, for which no funds will be charged.
Step 9
Call 0770 and follow the instructions of the autoinformer to deactivate the service.
Step 10
Contact the consultant of the nearest MegaFon salon with a request to deactivate the "Change the dial tone" service.
Step 11
Disable the service on the "Change the dial tone" portal of the "MegaFon" company. Enter the ten-digit phone number and password. Register by clicking on the "Register" link if you have not already done so. Click Login. On the service management page, submit a disconnect request.
Step 12
If you use Tele2, dial * 115 * 0 # on your phone and press "Call". The service will be disabled, but the melodies and settings will be saved for another 30 days, if you want to connect the melody again instead of the dial tone.
Step 13
If you use the services of "Beeline", disable the similar service of replacing the beep with a melody (service "Hello") by calling 0550 and following the instructions. Listen to the announcer and press 4. In the next voice menu press 1.
