Step 1
The "Change dial tone" service has various possibilities. For example, by connecting the "Music channel" option, you can create your own list of the most popular melodies. If you want to refuse it, call the short number 0770, being in the network of OJSC Megafon. After connecting to the contact center, press key 2, then 2. Then proceed according to the instructions of the autoinformer.
Step 2
If for some reason you cannot contact the operator, dial the USSD command * 770 * 12 # from your phone, then press the "Call" button. Your mobile phone will receive a message from the operator, which will contain information about the result of the action taken.
Step 3
You can also use the web portal by typing the address https://zg.megafon.ru/ in the line. Enter the ten-digit phone number and password that you registered earlier in this system. In the menu of your personal account, click on "Change dial tone" or "Personal dial tone" (it all depends on what you have connected). If you want to permanently disable the service, click on the parameter "Disconnect the service". You can also temporarily suspend this option by clicking the "Suspend" function.

Disable the "Change the dial tone" service by contacting the office of the mobile operator "Megafon". Deactivation of the service is free of charge. If you have suspended "Change dial tone", the subscription fee will still be deducted from your balance (2 rubles daily with VAT). The cost of the melody is also worth paying, the size depends on the selected song (from 1 to 5 rubles with VAT daily).
