Mobile phone owners have the opportunity to watch their favorite TV programs through devices connected to a cellular connection. MTS OJSC offers its customers to use the Mobile Television service for only 8 rubles per day. You can independently manage the option, including disable it.
Instructions
Step 1
To deactivate the "Mobile TV" service, while in the "MTS" network, dial the following combination of numbers from your cell phone: * 999 * 0 * 1 # and the "Call" key. Within a few minutes, your phone will receive an answer from the operator, containing the result of the operation performed. Deactivation of the service is free of charge.
Step 2
There is another way to disable the above option - via SMS. Send from your cell phone a message containing numbers 01 to the short number 999. SMS is free.
Step 3
Disconnect the service using the mobile portal 111. To do this, dial the following ussd command from your mobile device: * 111 * 9999 * 0 * 1 # and the "Call" key.
Step 4
You can also use the Internet Assistant. To do this, you will need internet access and a password to enter the self-service system. Go to the website www.mts.ru. In the upper right corner, find the link to the system, enter your ten-digit mobile phone number and personal password. On the Personal Service Office page, select the "Internet Assistant" section. In the menu that opens, click on the "Service Management" section. Find the "Mobile TV" service, click on the "Disable" function, which is located on the same line. Confirm your changes.
Step 5
If you are unable to disable the service using the above methods, contact the office or representative office of MTS OJSC. Do not forget to bring your identity document with you. You can also call the contact center by phone 0890: if you are in roaming, dial +7 (495) 766 0166 from your phone (the call is free). To deactivate the "Mobile TV" service, you will need to give the passport details of the SIM card holder.
