Step 1
Get a suitable router. To do this, read the instructions for your laptops and determine the radio transmission and security types with which they work. Be sure to check with your router if you need a WAN or DSL connector.

Connect the purchased device to the mains and turn it on. Connect all desktops to the Ethernet (LAN) connectors. In the event that the number of PCs to be connected exceeds the number of required LAN channels, purchase a network hub.

Connect this unit to a Wi-Fi router using a regular network cable. Use similar cables to connect desktop computers to a network hub.
Step 4
Connect the Internet cable to the WAN (Internet, DSL) port of the Wi-Fi router. Turn on one of the computers connected to the router and launch an Internet browser. Fill in its address bar with the IP address of the device.
Step 5
In the menu that appears, select the Internet (WAN) item. Adjust the settings of the menu that opens. Do not forget to check the login and password given to you by the operator.
Step 6
Go to the Wi-Fi menu (Wireless Setup). Create your own wireless hotspot. Choose the type of security that works with your laptops. Save your router settings. Reboot your device.
Step 7
Log in to the equipment web interface again. Open the LAN menu. Make sure all Wi-Fi Ethernet ports on the router are turned on and active. Check if DHCP and NAT are enabled. Go to the Status menu. Make sure that the connection to the provider's server is active.
Step 8
Make sure that access to the Internet is present on all computers connected to the Wi-Fi router. Otherwise, reset the settings of the network adapters of the computers and the wireless adapters of the notebook computers.
