Devices such as PDAs are often scratched and many users feel frustrated with their chosen device. Of course, there is a protective film, but what if it did not protect? There are several options for removing dirt and scratches from your PDA.
Necessary
- - Toothpaste;
- - clean cloth;
- - cotton wool
Instructions
Step 1
Use toothpaste to clean the PDA screen from scratches. Apply some inexpensive paste of any brand onto a PDA stylus or cotton swab. This soft composition helps to remove not too deep scratches and damage from glass. Use the following technique for other glass surfaces in your home.
Step 2
Use a cotton swab to rub a small amount of the paste into the screen in a smooth, circular motion. This is necessary for a more thorough study of each small scratch and stagnant dirt on the screen. Allow the paste to thoroughly penetrate the surface.
Step 3
Try to polish the damaged area of the PDA screen with your finger, lightly rubbing the paste in a circular motion. Continue until the scratches are less visible. Remove any remaining toothpaste from the display with a soft cloth, which can also be used for final cleaning of the display surface.
Step 4
Use special materials. Apply the popular method of removing scratches and dirt on the PDA screen using glass or a special polishing paste. Use the following grades: STP, Rain-X or Displex. Follow the same instructions as for regular pasta.
Step 5
Apply the paste to the entire damaged surface of the PDA screen and use cotton or cloth to rub in in a circular and smooth motion. Wait a few minutes for the screen glass to dry completely. Take a small piece of cloth again and buff well the damaged areas until they are smooth and scratches and dust are invisible.
