Instructions
Step 1
Set up Internet access on your Samsung phone, this is done in the Connections section of the menu. Specify the access point that is used in the settings of your cellular network operator. Write down the login and password to connect. You can get this data on the official website of the operator or by sending a request to receive automatic parameters applicable from the received SMS message.
Step 2
After applying the Internet settings, restart your mobile device and launch the mobile browser, while connecting to the Internet using the connection you created. Enter the following address in the address bar: https://agent.mail.ru/cgi-bin/gprs. Enter the model name of your mobile phone, enter the number to receive an SMS message with instructions. You can also download the installer using your computer.
Step 3
From the instructions received, find out about the compatibility of the platform of your Samsung mobile device with the software. If you do not find your model in the list, contact your mobile operator to troubleshoot or determine the reasons for the inability to install the application.
Step 4
Download the software that suits you at the following link: https://agent.mail.ru/. Use one of the appropriate methods to download the installer, for example, by downloading the installer to your computer. After that, you need to connect your phone to your PC using the supplied USB cable or Bluetooth connection. Remember the folder where you copied the setup file.
Step 5
Install the application on your mobile device and then launch it from the list of installed applications. Please note that if there are no means of connecting your phone to a computer, you can download the agent using an SMS message or download it from the mobile portal. Enter the connection parameters of your operator in the connection settings.
