Step 1
As a subscriber of the MTS mobile operator, you can get information in various ways. For example, contact the nearest company office. You must have a document proving your identity with you. The employee will ask you to write an application for detailing the invoice; indicate in it the period for which you want to receive information. Remember that this is a paid service.
Step 2
Get information using the USSD command. To do this, dial from your phone: * 111 # and the call key. In the menu that opens, select item №2 “Shet”, then again item №2 “Kontrol’ rashodov_uslug”, and then item №1. With the help of these actions, you will receive information about the last five paid actions (calls, SMS messages).
Step 3
You can also get information using the "Internet Assistant" self-service system. To do this, go to the official website of the mobile operator - www.mts.ru. In the upper right corner, find the system tab, click on it. Next, enter your personal data and click "Login". In the personal access area, find the parameter "Call detail", enter the information parameters.

Subscribers of the mobile operator "Beeline" also have the opportunity to use the service "Call detailing". To do this, contact the company's office or use the self-service system on the website www.beeline.ru.

If you are a subscriber of the Megafon mobile operator, you can use the Service-Guide self-service system, for this go to the company's official website - www.megafon.ru. In the upper right corner, find the inscription "Service Guide", click on it. In the menu that opens, enter the phone number and password. After entering your personal zone, find "Call detailing" in the menu, enter the information parameters and click "Order".
