Step 1
When using a Samsung brand in dialing mode, enter the combination * 2767 * 3855 #. All your files will be deleted and your settings will be reverted to their original settings. Pre-copy all information to your computer to avoid deleting anything valuable. The only files that will remain on the mobile will be the standard files included with the factory firmware.
Step 2
To format Nokia cell phones, enter the number * # 7370 # in the same way as for a Samsung phone. When prompted for the phone unlock code, enter 12345 if you have not changed it during the use of the device. It is worth noting that to format smartphones of this company, you just need to follow the same steps as for formatting mobile phones, of which it is a manufacturer.
Step 3
In the case of Sony Ericsson phones, you do not need to enter any special codes - you just need to go to the Settings menu and find the Reset to factory settings item. If you are dealing with a Sony Ericsson smartphone that uses the Symbian operating system, enter the code * # 7370 # in the same way as in the previous two steps.
Step 4
A scheme similar to Sony Ericsson phones is used in smartphones and communicators that run the Android operating system. In this case, you will need to go to the "Settings" menu, then "Security", then "Reset factory settings" and, accordingly, "Reset phone settings".
Step 5
If the manufacturer of your phone is not one of the above, or you are afraid to blindly carry out these actions, go to the official website of the manufacturer of your device. After that, find a technical support contact and request a formatting code or a sequence of actions with which it can be carried out.
