The "Hello" service, provided by mobile operators, is very popular, including among Beeline subscribers. Indeed, while waiting for a connection, it is much more pleasant to hear a popular melody or funny text. But it also happens that the set melody gets boring, or ceases to be satisfied with the cost of the service. And then you have to turn it off.
Instructions
Step 1
Dial 0611 on your phone, which has a melody instead of a beep, and explain to the answering operator that you want to deactivate the beep replacement service. If the operator asks you to provide him with the data necessary for disconnection, do so. The service will be deactivated shortly.
Step 2
Turn off the "Hello" option by dialing the number 0674090770 on your mobile device and pressing the call button. The previously selected settings and melodies will be disabled, but will remain in the system, so within six months (180 days) you can restore the service by calling 0770. The call is free.
Step 3
Refuse the service "Melody instead of beeps" by calling the free number 0550. Follow the instructions you heard from the autoinformer. Listen to all possible options for action, select the one you want (click on the number 4). Press 1 in the next voice menu. The service will be disabled.
Step 4
Disable the melody using the official website. Enter privet.beeline.ru into the address bar of your browser. In the upper right corner of the screen, click on the "Get password" hyperlink if you have not previously registered in the system. Enter your phone number, confirmation code from the picture and click on the yellow button "Get password". A password will be generated and sent to your phone.
Step 5
On the site, insert your phone number in the "Phone" field without 8, 7 or +7 and a password and click "Login". In the column on the right - "Your account" - find the "Control panel" section and open it by clicking on it. In the "Personal" item, change the "Standard melody" to "Normal beeps". Save your changes. The melody will no longer sound instead of a beep.
Step 6
Contact the "Beeline" communication salon, which is closest to you. Ask a consultant to help you turn off the service of replacing the beep with a melody. Show your passport if necessary.
Step 7
If you use the services of the Beeline-Ukraine operator, turn off the D-Jingle service, which is similar to the Hello service for Russian subscribers. Register on the site poslugy.beeline.ua, following the prompts, and go to your "Personal Account". In it, find the item about the settings and the name of the service that you want to disable. Click "Disable service". If necessary, disable D-Jingle temporarily by sending a message with the text 08 to number 465, or disable it permanently by sending an SMS with the text 012 to number 465.
