A pattern is a special type of password designed to simplify the process of unlocking a mobile device. To create such a key, the user must draw a shape on the screen with his finger. At the same time, users quite often forget their passwords, so you need to know how to unlock the pattern.
On smartphones and tablets with the Google Android operating system, the user is given 5 attempts to enter the pattern. If all of them turned out to be incorrect, the easiest way to unlock the device is to log into your Google account and change your password through it. The smartphone itself will offer to enter the account after 5 incorrect attempts, or you can use the menu with the item "Forgot the combination", which is located at the bottom of the screen.
To sign in to your Google account, you need your phone to be connected to the Internet. To turn on WI-FI, you need to go to the emergency call menu and enter the combination * # * # 7378423 # * # *. Then press Service tests - WLAN, select an access point and enter its password. Now you can sign in to your Google account and change your phone password. To do this, select the "Security" tab, then "Two-step authentication", then enter the password from the mail. After that, you need to enter the "Application Password Management". Here you should come up with a new password, which you will need to enter in the locked device.
There is another way to unlock your phone with a pattern. To do this, you need to call this phone, take a call on it, then use the Home button to minimize the call window, go to the settings and remove the graphic lock. Then you can end the call and start using the phone.
If none of these methods helped, you will have to resort to hard reset. After that, the phone will be reset to factory settings, all locks will disappear, but all information stored on the device will be lost. Sometimes even a hard reset does not help, then you have to carry the phone to the service center for flashing.
In order not to be tormented by the question of how to unlock the pattern, it is best to sketch the entered figure somewhere in a notebook, so that, if necessary, remember it. Passwords only protect your personal data and contacts from strangers. If an intruder takes possession of the phone, he most likely will not crack the password to gain access to data, but will do a hard reset and reset the device to factory settings.
