Step 3
Wait for the message from the answering machine with further instructions. You will be prompted to select one of the voice menu items by pressing the corresponding key on your mobile. Press the star to switch to tone mode, and then click on the desired key. To directly contact the support center employee, press "zero" or just wait a while until the connection starts automatically.

Prepare your passport details, which you may need when communicating with the operator. In addition, it is advisable to write down your mobile phone number on a separate sheet of paper, since in a hurry and when worried, subscribers often forget it and cannot tell the support employee.
