Step 2
To block a SIM card, you can use the following methods:

- call to the contact center - the operator of the contact center will answer all your questions that relate not only to blocking the SIM card, but also to the entire service of the subscriber. After completing the procedure for blocking the SIM card, order the SIM card recovery service. You can do this in a shop or order the delivery of a SIM card to your city. Restoration in the salon-shop will be free, and delivery of the card, depending on the chosen tariff, may cost money. To order the delivery of the card, you must fill out the order form for the delivery of a SIM card on the MTS website. There are 3 tariffs for the delivery of a SIM card:
