When a consumer is dissatisfied with the quality of the services provided, he has the right to write a complaint to the organization serving him. An MTS subscriber can write a claim if he is not completely satisfied with the quality of mobile communications, Internet, connections, payment for services and other types of services.
Instructions
Step 1
If you have any claims against MTS, first of all, you should contact the operator of the contact center by phone 8 800 250 0890 and find out in what form this or that complaint should be presented. If the subscriber is not satisfied, for example, with the quality of mobile communication, he will be connected with a technician who will give instructions on how to fix the problem or, if this is not possible, accept an application for a claim.
Step 2
A written claim can be made in a free form, indicating the data about the contract and the subscriber, and then sent to the company's e-mail - [email protected]. You can also come with her to the MTS showroom. In any such office, specialists will help to draw up and correctly file a claim.
Step 3
The form for writing a claim can also be found on the main MTS website - www.mts.ru; select the category "Help and Service", then - "VIP-privileges", "Individual service", then - "Forms of documents". As a result of these actions, a list of documents with the ".doc" extension will become available. You should find the “Claim” form (030_pretenziya.doc) in it, save it on your PC and fill it out.
Step 4
If the filler is an individual, he needs to enter passport data, if a legal entity, the TIN and information about the authorized person are also indicated. After that, the personal account number and the method of feedback with the subscriber are required to receive information about the decision taken. An empty lined box describes the essence of the claim.
Step 5
If the subscriber is a VIP client of MTS, he must send the completed document to the MTS VIP Service Center or to a personal manager using a single fax number: (495) 766-00-80. Any other subscriber can come with a completed form to the MTS office or shop and register a claim.
