The amount of the credit limit is determined by the duration of service by the Megafon network and the frequency of use of communications and other services of the operator.

Step 1
To activate the Credit of Trust service in Megafon, it is necessary that the cost of communication and other additional services provided by the operator be at least 700 rubles for the last three months. Before connecting to the service, make sure that you have spent a sufficient amount of funds for the services of the Megafon network. Make sure that your account balance is positive, otherwise the service will not be activated. You will not be able to activate Credit of Trust if you use a special corporate or non-commercial tariff plan or if more than one subscriber is registered on your account.
Step 2
There are two options for connecting to the "Credit of Trust" service: free and paid. To calculate what credit limit the operator can provide for you free of charge, use a special calculator on the Megafon website in the section "Services" - "Credit of Trust" - "Connection". Enter in the fields the average amount of expenses for three months, the number of months of using the Megafon network, click "Calculate". You will find out the amount of the possible credit limit.
Step 3
Send a USSD request to activate the "Credit of Trust" service. To do this, dial * 138 * 1 # from your mobile phone and press "Call". To deactivate this service, just send a request * 138 * 2 #.
Step 4
Subscribe to the "Credit of Trust" service using an SMS message. Dial the text of the message "1" and send it to 5138. To deactivate the service, you need to send an SMS with the text "2", in order to find out the current size of the preferential limit - "3".
Step 5
If the amount of the credit limit provided to you does not suit you, you can connect the paid service "Credit of Trust", in which you can independently choose the required limit. To do this, you need to select the appropriate package when connecting. Send USSD-request * 138 #, press "Call" and select the appropriate package, following the prompts. So, for the size of the limit of 600 rubles, you must select the "Credit of Trust 600" package. The required amount will be debited from your account, which will then be returned in the form of bonus points within 12 months. If you do not use the Megafon Bonus service, activate it free of charge by calling 0510.
Step 6
You can connect the "Credit of Trust" in Megafon by a written application provided in the Service Department. Take your passport with you (if the number is registered to you) and contact the Customer Service Department of the Megafon network in your city.
