MMS is an option that enables the transmission of images, video and audio files using multimedia messages. This service allows subscribers to communicate not only through voice communication, but also using various applications.
Instructions
Step 1
First, make sure your cell phone supports MMS transmission / reception. As a rule, all modern phone models have this feature. If in doubt, read carefully the instructions that come with your mobile. Or take your phone and go to the menu. Then select the "Messages" tab. If a list opens in front of you, where the item "MMS" will be, then this option is present in your mobile.
Step 2
Set up the reception and sending of multimedia messages. As a rule, it is connected when the SIM card is used for the first time. When you insert it into your phone, you receive a message about automatic MMS and GPRS settings. You just have to save them. If such settings did not come, call the subscriber service line of your cellular company, having named the phone model, you will receive the settings in the form of SMS. You can also contact your operator's office in person.
Step 3
Go to the phone menu. Select the "Messages" tab, then "MMS". After that, click on the "New message" item. At the bottom of the display you will see an "Add" option, click on it and select the file from the list that you want to send. Then select the recipient and click "Send" or "Ok".
Step 4
If you are unable to send MMS using a cell phone, you can use the Internet. To do this, go to the official website of your mobile operator. Find the inscription "Send SMS / MMS" and click on it.
Step 5
Enter your phone number and password. You will then be logged into the messaging system. Some cellular operators provide registration, only after that you will be able to send multimedia messages.
Step 6
Select the file you need, write the recipient's number and click "Send".
