Step 1
The card replacement service itself is free of charge, but there may be charges for voluntary number blocking and a new SIM or R-UIM card. Therefore, first find out how much you will need to pay for the restoration of the number so that you have the required amount in stock.

As soon as you find that your phone is missing, call your operator's support service from a landline phone or from another mobile. If you are unable to make a call, visit the nearest store of the required telecom provider.

Please indicate your intention to block your lost SIM or R-UIM card. Then answer the operator's questions about the data in the contract or show your passport to confirm ownership of the number. After checking the information, the employee will immediately block your number.

You can also block your SIM or R-UIM card by logging into the Internet Assistant. This is possible if you have used this service before and know the password. In the services section, select the desired item and make your card inaccessible for use by outsiders.
