For many of us, it has become commonplace that Windows PCs can be entered in Safe Mode without any third-party software. But few people know that the same possibility exists in smartphones and tablet PCs running Android. In Safe Mode, Android will not download any third party apps. This allows you to troubleshoot device problems: spontaneous reboots, freezes, battery problems, etc. In safe mode, it is possible to remove unoptimized software.
Instructions
Step 1
To reboot into safe mode on Android 4.1 or later, press and hold the power button until the power options menu appears.
Step 2
In the menu that appears, select Power off. After that, you will be prompted to enter Safe Mode. Click OK.
Step 3
After performing the suggested operations, the device will start the reboot process. This may take some time.
Step 4
Once loaded, the "Safe Mode" field will be displayed in the lower left corner.
In this mode, you will only have access to those applications that come with the device. The installed applications will be removed, and the widgets you added will disappear. Try using the device in this mode for a while. If your problems related to restarting, freezing, overheating, etc. disappear, uninstall the applications you installed.
