The main method of purchasing and installing programs on the iPhone, recommended by Apple itself, is the AppStore branded application store. Select AppStore, then click on the flag and change the country to USA. Create a new account and click the “Continue” button. You will be prompted to read the license agreement. Click the “Continue” button.
In the window that appears, enter your email address and come up with a password, as well as a secret question and an answer to it, and then enter your date of birth in the appropriate field (if you are under 18 years old, enter the date of birth of one of the parents).
Select “None” as the payment method. Enter your first and last name, check your email and complete the registration. Such an account in the AppStore will allow you to download and install only free applications from the AppStore directly from your phone (the corresponding icon on your iPhone), or through iTunes on your computer and on your phone.

To purchase paid applications, you will have to use the AppStore virtual prepaid cards, which are sold on the Internet from dealers. Unfortunately, the AppStore and iTunes have not yet reached Russia officially.

Another method used by most hackers and gamers to download software to iPhone is by installing AppSync. This plugin allows you to install any programs on the iPhone in one click directly from your computer, while you can even install paid applications for free.
To implement this method, the phone must be subjected to a jailbreak ("jailbreak" - jailbreak, iOS jailbreak). When a jailbreak is installed on the iPhone, that is, its firmware is jailbroken, the "cydia.hackulo.us" repository is installed through the special Cydia application that comes with the jailbreak. Its plugins list includes AppSync for each version of the iOS operating system. Select the plugin suitable for your iOS and install it.
After installing the plug-in, restart the iPhone, connect the phone via a USB cable to the computer, launch iTunes, and by clicking on any IPA application downloaded from the Internet, you will see how it is installed on the iPhone.
