The cellular operator Megafon provides its subscribers with the Express Detailing service, with which you can order a printout of calls and find out about the spending of your funds on cellular services for a certain period of time.
Instructions
Step 1
If you want to get complete information about the funds spent on cellular services, you can order call detailing in one of the following ways:
-type on the keypad of your mobile phone the command: * 113 # and the call button;
-send an empty message to the free service number 5039;
-Send a message containing your email address to service number 5039.
In the first two options, you will receive an mms-message with details of calls in response, and in the latter, a letter with details of calls will be sent to you at the email address you specified in the message.
Step 2
The Express Detailing service does not require prior connection and is available to subscribers of all tariff plans of the Megafon cellular operator.
Step 3
The period for which you can get the details of calls using this service is 1 week.
Step 4
Subscribers with zero or negative balance cannot use the Express Detailing service.
Step 5
The subscription fee for the "Express Detailing" service is not charged. Only detail requests are paid, which are charged depending on the tariff plan and the region where this service is provided.
