Locking the TV is a convenient feature that restricts the free access of children to it. If your TV is locked by accident, there is an urgent need to remove the lock.

Instructions
Step 1
Read the instructions carefully and thoughtfully. Usually it contains a special code, which is a set of buttons that must be pressed on the remote control to unlock or lock the TV.
Step 2
If the instructions are lost, try to remember which buttons were pressed that caused the TV to lock, and repeat these steps.
Step 3
If there is no way to find out why the TV is locked, and the instruction is also not available, press the "P" and "+" buttons on the remote control at the same time. If these buttons did not help either, use the simultaneous pressing of the "Menu" and "Volume +", "Menu" and "Channel +" buttons.
Step 4
If the previous actions did not give the desired result, then after pressing the "P" and "+" keys, enter 3 or 4 arbitrary numbers. Usually these combinations are “222” or “333” and coincide with the digit of the most frequently used channel. Another variant of the common combination of lock buttons are "1234", "1111". Then again the "+" button. If unlocking fails, repeat step 4 with a different combination of numbers.
Step 5
Perhaps your TV is locked by pressing one key. It should be on the remote control or on the front of the TV cabinet. Press it and hold it for 5-10 seconds.
Step 6
If all the previous steps did not help you unlock the TV, carefully inspect the entire TV case and remote control, look into the battery compartment. Perhaps you will find some kind of inscription with an unlock code.
