Step 1
Try to recover deleted contacts using iTunes, a program for transferring data between Apple devices and a personal computer. Each time you connect, it automatically syncs and backs up data on your phone with your computer. Connect your iphone to your computer via the USB cable that comes with your device. The cable has an interface and you can plug it into any USB port on the computer case. Wait for the device to be detected by the system.
Step 2
Launch the iTunes application or wait for it to automatically activate if this feature was previously activated. Right-click on the iphone icon in the left part of the program window. In the menu that appears, select "Restore from backup". Select the saved copy of the data, which is usually located in the following directory: C: / Users / Username / AppData / Roaming / Apple Computer / MobileSync / Backup. Wait for the data recovery process to complete, then you can disconnect the device and check if there are any lost contacts in it.

Synchronize data on your phone as often as possible to avoid losing it. Creating a backup copy of data on the iphone is also carried out through the iTunes program.
