The process of transferring data, including audio files and podcasts, from your computer to your mobile device is called syncing. Synchronization of iPhones of any generation can be performed using iTunes in automatic or manual mode.

Instructions
Step 1
Use the supplied USB connection cable to connect iPhone to your computer, and wait for iTunes to launch automatically to sync the required audio files.
Step 2
Point your iPhone in the device directory of the opened application window and go to the "Music" tab.
Step 3
Check the box next to "Sync Music" and make sure there is enough free space on your mobile device. This information is available at the bottom of the dialog box in a special memory full indicator.
Step 4
Apply the checkbox to the "Entire Library" field to transfer all audio files to iPhone in automatic mode and click the "Apply" button to confirm the execution of the command.
Step 5
Go to the Podcasts tab and apply the checkbox to the Sync podcasts box to transfer the selected data to your mobile device.
Step 6
Apply the checkbox to the "Automatically enable" field and specify the desired option:
- all unplayed episodes;
- all new releases;
- all podcasts;
- selected podcasts.
Step 7
Click the "Apply" button to confirm the execution of the sync command, or go to the "Browse" tab to perform the manual transfer of audio files.
Step 8
Apply the checkbox next to "Process music and videos manually". This action will delete all auto sync data for audio and video files.
Step 9
Confirm the application of the selected changes by clicking the "Apply" button and return to the "Music" tab of the mobile device window.
Step 10
Specify the playlists to be synchronized in the list and click the "Apply" button to confirm the command.
Step 11
Click on the triangle symbol next to your iPhone icon in the list of mobile devices and select the Music library to turn on the auto-fill free space on your device.
Step 12
Click the AutoFill button to confirm the selected changes are applied.
