IPhone cell phones do not provide the ability to add any melody you like as a ringtone. Fortunately, this limitation can be easily circumvented using the free iRinger app.
Necessary
- - iTunes program;
- - iRinger program.
Instructions
Step 1
Search the Internet and install on your computer the iTunes and iRinger programs corresponding to your version of the Windows operating system. These applications can be downloaded for free from idownloads.ru or apple.com.
Step 2
Launch the iRinger app. Press the Import button, which is indicated by a lightning bolt. In the dialog box that opens, you need to indicate the path to the storage location of the music files. Stop your choice on one of the melodies and press the Open key. The application will create a sound file in a format designed for use on the iPhone.
Step 3
After finishing converting the music file, click on the Preview button and listen to it. Now right-click on the Export key indicated by the note and click on Go. An iPhone Ringtones folder will be created on your computer under My Documents. Please note that you can only convert one music file to iPhone ringtone at a time. In addition, it should be noted that the duration of the iPhone ringtone is no more than 30 seconds.
Step 4
Connect iPhone with USB cable to computer. Launch iTunes. Open the "Media Library" menu and click on the "Ringtones" line. Next, go to the "File" menu and click on the "Add folder to library" item. Now you need to mark the path to the iPhone Ringtones folder. Select the received ringtone melody file and press the OK button to complete the operation.
Step 5
Find your selected ringtone in the appropriate section of the iTunes app. In the "Devices" menu, select your phone from the list provided. Check the line "Sync ringtones" in the window on the right. Select "All Ringtones" if you are downloading multiple ringtones at the same time. Click on the "Synchronize" button.
Step 6
Disconnect iPhone from your computer. On your phone, go to the "Settings" menu, open the "Sounds" section and click on the "Call" line. Set the downloaded melody by ringing.
