Step 1
If you need to find out outgoing calls from a mobile phone, then usually it is not difficult to obtain such information. To find out what calls were made from a cell phone, go to the menu, select Calls - Dialed numbers. In this folder, you will see who and when they called from this SIM card. If the SIM card was removed from the phone, call data could disappear from the memory. Information about incoming and outgoing calls and SMS messages can also be deleted intentionally.

If you did not find information about calls in the phone itself, contact the office of your mobile operator and order the details of calls. You must have your passport with you. The operator will provide you with a "transcript" of the invoice for the desired period in hard copy or in the form of an MMS message. Usually, the detailing service is provided for a small fee, and the cost depends on the time period that you are interested in. The detail contains the date and time of calls, the phone number and the duration of the call.

On the websites of many operators, after registration, you can order details of calls by e-mail. Sometimes this online service is provided by the operator for free, so using the site is even more profitable.

As for calls from a landline phone, as a rule, only paid calls are recorded from it - long distance calls and calls to mobile numbers. It happens that they are already reflected in the receipts for payment that come every month. The full detail of calls from a landline phone is unlikely to be provided by any of the telephone companies. Exceptions are possible if the PBX is digital. But, as a rule, such information is not provided to ordinary subscribers, but is available only to special government agencies. In any case, please contact your telephone company to clarify any questions you may have, as policies often differ from company to company.
