Probably, everyone has come across an unpleasant situation when it is necessary to make an important call, but the money in the account has run out and there is no way to top up the balance. In such cases, the best way out is to use the promised (or trust payment) service. Like most other operators, MTS gives its subscribers the opportunity to use this option.
Instructions
Step 1
A promised payment is an affordable opportunity to replenish an account quickly and on time, without leaving home, without visiting a payment salon, without looking for the nearest payment terminal. The service allows you to instantly replenish your account for up to 3 days and up to 800 rubles using just one command. The option can be activated with a balance of at least minus 30 rubles. Within the established framework, you can choose the size of the promised payment yourself.
Step 2
There are three ways to connect a Trusted payment. First, you can dial the short number * 111 * 123 # on your mobile phone (manually or using the "MTS Service"). Secondly, you can use your Personal Account by going to the "Payment" section there and selecting the "Promised payment" subsection. Third, you can receive the Promised Payment by calling 1113.
Step 3
There is a fee for the Promised Payment service, the amount of which depends on the amount of the service. If the amount of the Promised payment is less than 30 rubles, the commission is not charged. With an amount from 31 to 99 rubles, you will have to pay 7 rubles, for a Promised payment from 100 to 199 rubles - 10 rubles, for an amount from 200 to 499 rubles, a commission of 25 rubles is charged, and a Promised payment of more than 500 rubles will cost you 50 rubles. The commission is written off when the payment expires. The amount of the Promised payment and commission is deducted from the balance.
Step 4
With any positive balance, all MTS subscribers have access to the Promised payment of 50 rubles. The available payment amount depends on the funds spent on the connection. Customers who spend less than 300 rubles per month can use the Trust Payment of 50 rubles. For those who spend from 301 to 500 rubles, an amount of up to 400 rubles is available. If the amount of communication costs exceeds 500 rubles per month, the maximum Promised payment becomes available (up to 800 rubles). In addition, in this case, the subscriber can set an additional promised payment if there is a valid one. The sum of all established payments should not exceed 800 rubles. You can find out the amount of your monthly expenses in your Personal Account.
Step 5
The Promised Payment service is not available on all tariff plans. The lines "Guest", "Your country", "MTS iPad", "Basic 092013" do not provide for such an opportunity. In addition, the option can only be used by subscribers who connected to the MTS network more than 60 days ago. Subscribers who are in arrears on any MTS account or who have not activated the “On Full Trust” or “Credit” services cannot receive the Promised Payment.
Step 6
You can find out about the already connected promised payments in three ways. First, by dialing the short number * 111 * 1230 # on the phone. Secondly, you can use your Personal Account by going to the Payment section and selecting the "History of promised payments" item. Finally, you can call 11131. The balance is shown taking into account the amount of the promised payment.
Step 7
Repayment of the Promised payment occurs when replenishing the balance in any convenient way. If the funds received on the account do not fully cover the amount of the Promised Payment, it is partially repaid. If the full amount of the Promised payment is not repaid within 3 days, the number will be blocked.
Step 8
In addition to the Promised Payment, MTS provides several more options that allow you to access communication services with zero and negative balance. For example, the option "On full trust" is suitable for people who prefer to pay for communication services once a month and do not want to be afraid of being blocked at the wrong time. This free service will allow you to continue communicating without restrictions, even with a negative balance. Communication services will be available until the balance is below minus 300 rubles. After six months of using the service, your limit can be increased by 50% of the total cost of communication services. The service is free of charge, there is no monthly fee. You can activate the option by dialing * 111 * 32 # on your phone or using your Personal Account.
Step 9
Another option available with zero or negative balance is Express Money. With this service, you can instantly top up your account for up to 100 rubles. To do this, you need to send an SMS to 1976 with the text "50" or "100" depending on the requested amount. To find out the status of the current debt for the service, send an SMS to 1976 with the text "info". Sending messages is free when you are in your home region. A commission is connected for the service: 10 rubles for a request of 50 rubles and 20 rubles for a request of 100 rubles.
Step 10
If the phone is blocked due to lack of money on the account, and there is a need for an urgent call, you can use the "Help out" service. Within this option, the subscriber can make outgoing calls or send SMS messages at the expense of the recipient. Even if the phone is blocked or there are not enough funds on the account to call or send messages, the subscriber can stay in touch with his friends and family. The service is provided free of charge to the user who has made a request to use it. Sending SMS within the framework of this service for subscribers of Moscow and the Moscow region is available only when they are in the home region.
Step 11
In addition, if your balance is zero, you can use the "Call me back" service. By dialing the request * 110 * the number of the subscriber you are asking to call back on the phone,”you send a request that the subscriber will receive in the form of a missed call. If the subscriber's phone is turned off, he will receive an SMS-message with a request. You can send no more than 5 requests per day. The service is available to all subscribers of the MTS mobile network. Subscribers of all mobile networks in Russia, regardless of their location, can receive information about a missed call.
