Information about the owner may also be available when contacting law enforcement agencies, for example, the police, prosecutors, FSB or FSO. Write a statement outlining your grievances and requirements. After reviewing your application, law enforcement agencies can initiate a criminal case. They will make a request to the cellular operator. Those are obliged to respond to such requests. During the investigation, you will be provided with all the information about the owner of the mobile phone number.

Never use telephone databases of numbers, access to which can be obtained both on a paid and free basis. Using such methods may lead to the initiation of a criminal case if traces of working with such programs are found on your computer.
