The "Black List" service allows you to get rid of receiving unnecessary calls and SMS messages. However, in order for a subscriber to use it, he must be a client of Megafon, since another operator, Beeline, does not provide the service.

Step 1
Managing a service (that is, connecting, disconnecting, and configuring it) is fairly straightforward. You can do this in a way that suits you. For example, it is possible to activate the "Black List" by means of a special USSD-request * 130 # or a short number of the information and inquiry service 0500 (a call to the home network is free). Megafon subscribers can also activate the service by sending an SMS message without text to the number 5130. The telecom operator, as soon as it receives the request sent by you, will process it within a few minutes. Then it will send SMS to your mobile phone. It will say that the service has been ordered. Then you will receive one message from which you will find out whether the "Black List" was connected or not. After the delivery of the second SMS, you can start editing the list itself.
Step 2
Adding numbers to the blacklist is also not particularly difficult. To edit, use the USSD request number * 130 * + 79XXXXXXXXX #. If it is more convenient for you to send an SMS message, then in its text you will only need to indicate the + sign with the number of the subscriber whose calls you want to block. Do not forget about the fact that each number added to the blacklist must be indicated in the same format 79xxxxxxxx. By the way, if you enter any number by mistake and want to delete it, dial * 130 * 079XXXXXXXXX # on the keypad of your mobile phone or send a message with a minus sign and the subscriber's number.
Step 3
There is another way to delete numbers. If you want to completely clear the list and remove all available numbers from it, then use the request * 130 * 6 #. You can unsubscribe from the service by sending an SMS with the text OFF to the already specified number 5130 or USSD-command * 130 * 4 #.
