The clipboard is a place in the computer's RAM where data is temporarily copied, for example, when working in a text editor or in the Explorer program. You can enlarge it in two ways: expand the paging file or install software that expands the capabilities of the buffer and allows you to accumulate its contents.

Step 1
Expand the paging file to increase the capabilities of the clipboard. Right-click on the shortcut "My Computer", in the context menu, select the command "Properties". Click on the "Advanced" tab. Click on the "Performance Settings" button, in the "Virtual Memory" option group click "Change".
Step 2
Select the required drive from the list. Enter a new size for the paging file in the Original Size and Maximum Size boxes, click Set. After that, restart your computer for the changes to take effect and the clipboard increase to occur.
Step 3
Use special applications to expand the capabilities of the clipboard. For example, download and install the M8 Free Clipboard software. It makes it possible to contain different types of data in the clipboard. Its interface is a table with 25 cells.
Step 4
Run the application, when copying to the clipboard, you will hear a beep, which means that the information has been added to the application. Paste data from it, to do this, select the cell and select the "Paste" command. Also, you can set the association of each cell with a letter of the Latin alphabet. Install the Clipboard Recorder software, you can download it at https://www.lw-works.com/files/cbrecorder_setup.exe. After launch, the application will appear in the system tray and will remember the copied or cut pieces of text.
Step 6
To insert them into the document, expand the program window and select the desired item. In addition to the fragments themselves, it also displays the application icons from which they were inserted. When you paste text from the program, its formatting is preserved. You can also organize data transfer and expand the clipboard to work over the network.
